Imprint & legal notice.

The legal-notice information required by EU member-state law for an operator of a commercial online service — entity, registered office, supervisory authority.

Operator information

Who runs this site.

Accadema is a federated ecosystem of products, services and in-country partners. There is no single Accadema legal entity that operates customers in every European jurisdiction — the customer relationship in each country is held by a vetted local partner, whose legal form and registered office are determined by the law of that jurisdiction.

When an institution signs a master agreement with Accadema, the counter-party is the partner entity that serves its jurisdiction. That partner's imprint, registered office, company identifiers and supervisory authority are the legally authoritative ones for the customer relationship — not this page. The country-specific information lives in the partners directory.

Legal entity per jurisdiction

The partner is the legal entity.

Accadema does not contract with institutions directly. Each country has a local partner that holds the master agreement, issues invoices, and is the legally responsible operator for that jurisdiction.

Partner determines the legal form

Each partner is established under its own jurisdiction's commercial law — a GmbH in Germany, an Sp. z o.o. in Poland, an SAS or SARL in France, an S.r.l. in Italy, an Oy in Finland, an AB in Sweden, an ApS in Denmark, and so on. The registered name, registered office, commercial register entry and company identification number are those of the partner entity for that country.

No platform-wide residency

There is no single Accadema head office in any EU member state. Statements describing Accadema as resident in a particular country (including Slovakia) are not accurate — the platform is a coordinated federation, not a single-country business.

Identifier numbers

Company identification, tax identification and EU VAT identifiers for the contracting partner are provided on the master agreement and on every invoice. Identifiers are jurisdiction-specific (e.g. HRB number for a German GmbH, KRS for a Polish Sp. z o.o.).

Responsible representative

The legal representative is the statutory body of the partner entity (managing director, gestionnaire, Geschäftsführer, prokurent, depending on jurisdiction). Reachable through the partner contact in the country pack.

Supervisory authority

Consumer protection and data protection complaints are addressed to the national authority of the partner's jurisdiction (for example: BfDI in Germany, UODO in Poland, CNIL in France, ICO in the United Kingdom). The country pack lists the relevant authority for each market.

Find your jurisdiction

The partners directory lists every country pack, with the partner entity, supervisory authority, principal research funder and data-protection authority for each market.

This site itself

Who operates accadema.com.

The marketing site is published jointly by the Accadema partner network as a shared editorial surface. It is not a contracting surface and not a transactional one — no goods or services are sold through this site directly.

Editorial responsibility

Content (text, photography, case studies, editorial pieces) is published under the coordinated editorial responsibility of the partner network. Third-party content — logos, partner attributions, customer quotes — is republished with the consent of the rights holder.

Operator entity

The legal entity that publishes this site is being finalised as part of the platform's governance arrangement. Until that is signed off, content questions, takedown requests and editorial concerns can be addressed through the contact page; legal correspondence related to a specific customer relationship is directed to the in-country partner that serves that institution.

Online dispute resolution

EU ODR platform.

Under EU Regulation 524/2013, consumers can refer disputes to the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr. Participation in alternative dispute resolution before consumer arbitration boards is a matter of the contracting partner's policy in the partner's jurisdiction; each partner's imprint discloses this.

If you are looking for the imprint of a specific deployment

A per-tenant deployment hosted at the customer's premises is operated by the customer institution. The customer's own imprint applies to the in-product surface. If you reached this page from such a deployment by mistake, please return to the institution's site for its imprint.
